Ohio Voters, Submit your Ballot Request for the May 4, 2010 State Primary!
 
Ohio will hold its State primary election on Tuesday, May 4, 2010.
 
Register to Vote
 
All UOCAVA citizens: Your Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) will be considered timely if it is received by Monday, April 5, 2010. If you are not currently registered you must submit your FPCA by mail. 
 
 
Request Your Ballot
 
If you are already registered, you must still complete the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) to request an absentee ballot, you can do that by clicking here 
 
To request a ballot for this election submit the FPCA if you have not done so already. Remember that for a Primary Election you must declare your political party affiliation by requesting the ballot of a political party.  Although the deadline for receipt of the FPCA as a ballot request is May 1, 2010, do not wait!
 
For Uniformed Service Members OR Family Members ONLY:
 
Ohio allows you to submit the FPCA mail, email or fax if you are already registered AND you are a Uniformed Service member or family member.
 
If you choose to email your FPCA, you should send the form as a signed, scanned attachment. Email directly to your local election offices. Email addresses can be found here  
 
You may fax your FPCA directly to your county election office. Fax numbers are available here

Return Your Ballot
 
Although Ohio mails ballots for the State primary 35 days prior to the election – you need to contact your local election office if you do not receive a ballot. The Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB) is not available for use in Ohio primary elections. You will be able to use the FWAB in the November general election. Return your absentee ballot directly to your county election office.
 
Your Primary ballot must be postmarked by Election Day and received by your county election office by May 14, 2010.
