Global Presidential Primary and Super Tuesday De-Brief

Democrats Abroad will open its Singapore voting centre from 7pm to 10pm on Monday 7 March for Democratic party members in Singapore to cast their votes in the Global Presidential Primary.  Votes cast in this primary election will help decide the way the 22 DA delegates to the July 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia are allocated towards the party's candidate for president of the United States.

Democrats Abroad is also hosting on the night a presentation by Singapore resident Steve Okun on the results of the Super Tuesday Democratic Party and Republican Party primary elections.  This is sure to be both an illuminating and entertaining evening!

Steven R. Okun has a long history in US campaigns and elections. He worked on the 1992,1996 and 2000 US presidential campaigns, and also worked at the 1988, 1996 and 2000 Democratic National Conventions.  From 1994-1999, he served in the Administration of President Bill Clinton.

Living in Singapore since 2003, Steve provides commentary and analysis on the US government and politics for the BBC, CNBC and Channel NewsAsia, He also is a guest lecturer to Singapore Management University on the same.
We hope you will join us to both cast your vote in the Democratic Party Global Presidential Primary and to listen to a wonderful Super Tuesday de-brief.
Photo ID is required, preferably issued by the US federal or a US state government, but anything that confirms your identification is ok.  Voters will certify that they are US citizens as well.
