Elected and Appointed Positions for Democrats Abroad Hong Kong

Considering running for one of the elected positions within Democrats Abroad Hong Kong? Special Primary in Massachusetts -- Sep. 4

On September 4, 2007, there will be a special primary election in Massachusetts's 5th Congressional District to fill the seat of Democratic Representative Marty Meehan, who has resigned to become Chancellor of the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. To determine if your legal residence is in the 5th Congressional District, you can visit www.house.gov/writerep/.

The winners of this special primary election will compete in a special general election to be held on October 16, 2007.

As a start to our campaign to take back the White House in 2008, Democrats Abroad drank heavily on November 8 to celebrate winning the House.
