We are Democrats Abroad Turkey. Our goals are to promote Democratic Party registration among Americans living in Turkey, encourage participation in all US elections, provide information to help our members stay engaged with their representatives and facilitate the process of voting from abroad.

Our mIssion is to keep the Democratic Party in power.

We are a growing group with individuals from all walks of life who are living throughout Turkey. Our founding chapter is located on Istanbul's European side and we have an organized chapter in Kadikoy for our "Asian side" residents. 

We currently have an organized chapter in Ankara and have a chapter currently under development in Izmir.

We hold a variety of events throughout the year including "get-out-the-vote" activities, issues-related films, lectures and discussions, as well as social activities for the fun of being around like-minded souls.

This is the only site for Democratic Party news, information, and membership registration. Visit this site regularly for updates on our 2010 plans beginning in December 2009.

2010 will be a challenging year for our President and the Democrats. Even though it is a mid-term election year your support may be more important than ever. So stay involved if you are a member and get involved if you are not.
