Please indicate below which events you plan to participate in. Your contribution will be tallied and charged to your credit card. Registration is not considered complete until receipt of payment.

There is no charge to participate in the business portion of a DPCA or Regional meeting. However, meetings entail costs for conference rooms, technology, services, and materials. As always, your contribution towards meeting these costs is greatly appreciated.

Friday, January 27th

Walking Tour of Strasbourg, 2 - 5 PM with cafe break:

Welcome Reception hosted by DA-France at 6pm. Caves Historique des Hospices de Strasbourg. Wine tasting:

Saturday, January 28th and Sunday, January 29th

Meeting: REGISTRATION CONTRIBUTION (see below)

EMEA Meeting, Sat, Jan 28th and Sunday, Jan 29th (9 AM each day):

Registration includes Meeting Venue and set up for both days, 3 Coffee Breaks with snacks and three-course Alsatian luncheon with wine on Saturday. $88 (€ 67) per person for both sessions

Technical/Administrative/Services/Materials - ADDITIONAL DONATION:

Meetings entail lots of unforeseen costs. The venue has provided a per person daily delegate rate which is reflected in the meeting registration form. Various additional administrative, copy and technical costs are incurred. Your support for these is much appreciated. Suggested donation $12 (€ 9) per person

Caveau Gurtlerhoft. Alsatian Tarte Flambee evening with welcome drink, three-course dinner with wine.:

$30 (€ 23)per person

The DNC does not allow a charge to participate in the business portion of a DPCA meeting, however, meetings entail costs. As always, your contribution towards meeting these costs is not required, but greatly appreciated. For this meeting, we request a contribution of $88 US per person, covering Saturday and Sunday. The request for and additional donation of $12 is to assure that this meeting does not run in the red
