With the UN Climate Conference (COP23) being held in Bonn, join Democrats Abroad in the days following the conference for a panel discussion on the event and its meaning for the future of U.S. climate policy. Will the U.S. really be backing out of the Paris Agreement, and what implications will this have for the future of our planet? How and which policy can still be introduced at the local, state, and federal level to mitigate its effects? Panel guests, all of whom will have attended the conference, include members from government, NGOs, American universities, and independent agencies.
