The Avignon Chapter of  Democrats Abroad France is pleased to invite you to a dinner featuring guest of honor and speaker Curtis Roosevelt, grandson of President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Eleanor Roosevelt.

Curtis Roosevelt grew up in the White House with his grandparents, and was witness to the momentous events of the period. After a lifelong career in public service, he now serves as historian for the Roosevelt family, and lives in retirement near Avignon, in the Gard. Mr Roosevelt will address the theme:

"Comparing the Political Dynamics
of the Mid-1930’s with 2009:
Presidents Roosevelt and Obama,"
