Please be reminded that the deadline to register for the DAG ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING to be held in Frankfurt on the weekend of January 23-24, 2010, is approaching soon!

Workshops and Main Meeting: Saturday
afternoon, January 23rd, from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. at Holiday Inn
Frankfurt City-South, Conference Centre, Frankfurt/Main 

Dinner: follows, also at the Holiday
Inn, at 7:00 p.m. with guest speaker Fred Irwin, President of the American
Chamber of Commerce in Germany. 

Registration and Payment:

NOTE: There is no need to fill out a registration
form. In order to register, please make a bank transfer in EURO to the DAG

(Payment may not be made in case, and only US

Prices:

All prices are per person, regardless of
age:

*Under the rules of the Democratic Party and
Democrats Abroad, a fee for attending the meeting is not allowed.  The EUR 25
covers the room rental, service, technical equipment for the workshops and
meeting, soft drinks during the workshops and meeting and coffee break
(including coffee, tea, drinks, fruit and pastries).  All participants are asked
and urged to pay the above mentioned price to save funds within DAG, but DAG
cannot require it as a condition of attending the meeting. However, non payees
should not partake of the refreshments.     
**Dinner buffet with the choice
of three different main courses. One soft drink is included. Additional
beverages to be paid individually. 

 
Remember the prices above are per person, so if
more than one is coming to either the meeting or the dinner or both, multiply
accordingly.
