The Vancouver chapter of Democrats Abroad Canada has identified three areas of focus for 2010:

-    Continued Membership Engagement – We want to build momentum in Vancouver among Democrats to vote in 2010 to retain Democrat control of the U.S. Congress

-    Organizational Growth – We want to be a cohesive and growing chapter, making continued efforts to reach the roughly 25,000 Americans living in the Metro Vancouver region.

-    Proactive Policy Outreach – We want to influence U.S. public policy, building on the policy work started in 2009 to influence the U.S. health care debate
