On 16 March 2010, Democrats Abroad Belgium (DAB) will convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the membership and hold elections for seven positions on its Executive Committee (ExCom). DAB is also actively seeking volunteers for a number of (non-elected) Director and Deputy Director positions. This meeting is open to US Citizens only.

The AGM will be held starting at 19:00h will contain reports by the Chair, the Treasurer and all Directors. In addition, elections will be held for all elected DAB positions. A proposal to amend DAB’s By-laws to align DAB’s election procedures with new guidelines recommended by Democrats Abroad will also be on the agenda of the AGM.
