Notice of Annual Meeting 2010

I.  Notice of Annual Meeting:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all members of Democrats Abroad Luxembourg that:

The Annual Meeting of members will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 8 p.m. at Brasserie Restaurant Bosso, located in the “Grund” at 7 Bisserweg, 1238 Luxembourg, to consider and act upon the following matters:

a.                   Approval of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting;

b.                  Report from the Chair for the preceding year; c.                   Treasurer’s Report and approval of accounts for the period March 2009 – March 2010;

d.                  Amendment of the Bylaws of Democrats Abroad Luxembourg;

e.                   Consider and act upon other matters as may properly come before the meeting.

Every member is invited to attend the meeting in person. In the event that you will be unable to attend this annual meeting, you many send an e-mailed proxy, containing the following text before March 1, 2010, to burrellchristiane@yahoo.com:
