We are here to inform, register, and motivate voters as well as to hold events and raise funds for the party.  Democrats Abroad has active committees in over 40 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.  Democrats Abroad is open to any American citizen of voting age who supports the principles of the Democratic Party.  No oath of loyalty,fees or dues, or past voting record is required to become a member.  Democrats Abroad is a full state committee of the Democratic Party – a 51st state if you will, with delegates to the Democratic National Convention as determined by the results of our Global Primary.
