The new Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) act was signed into law in October 2009 by President Obama and has wide-ranging consequences for overseas voters. The MOVE Act both expands your rights as an Overseas Voter and requires you to request your ballots more often. It also creates a special situation this year in that if you already registered before your primary, you must do so again after your primary. And be sure you tick electronic and include your email address on your ballot request. For more details, see
