Hi Edmonton Democrats!

    By now, most or all of you have voted, right? if not, please ask me for help. Our work to register and assist absentee voters is just about finished, as most (not all!) state deadlines have passed. Are we just coasting to Nov. 4th? NO!

Here are two things that you can do to help the Obama Campaign:

    1.    Phone, write or Email friends and relations who live in the United States. Urge them to register to vote, especially young people who are new to the process.

    2.    Recommend using early polls and vote before Nov. 4th, especially older voters. There will be so many people voting on election day, it is likely that there will be long lines and confusion. Needless to say, discuss with them their candidate choices and promote the Democratic ticket!

  Mark your calendars for our Nov. 4 Election Night Watch Party at the Windsor Pub.    87th Ave. near 117 St.  Everyone is welcome! Come and watch the election returns on the TV screens,  enjoy  the excitement, political discussions, drinks and casual food. Limited free on site parking. Let's witness history changing together.

    I am going on a business/pleasure trip on Nov. 5 - 9.  In my absence, I would appreciate some volunteers to communicate with media on the day after... There will be phone interviews and questions to be sure!
