invite you to a non-partisan, non-political community celebration of the inauguration of the 44th President of the United States of America.
 
Please join us at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2009, at the ACS campus in Halandri, to celebrate "RENEWING AMERICA'S PROMISE."
 
This celebration will include:
 
   - live coverage of the inauguration festivities commencing at 5:00 p.m., with the inauguration itself occurring around 6:30 p.m. Greek time;
   - musical performances by ACS students and an a capella group featuring American composers;
   - DJ plus live music by ReCover and dancing after the inauguration;
   - food and drinks on sale;
   - American bake sale;
   - various Greek and American art exhibits;
   - photography exhibit depicting the Greek immigrant experience in America;
   - exhibits and tables by American and charitable organizations in Greece.
 
Please save the date and plan now to attend this celebration of a momentous day in American history. Children and students aged 18 and under admitted free -- so bring the entire family! Please share this information with your American and Greek friends who may wish to attend.
