Standing Resolution of the DPCA Executive Committee

Be it resolved that a Bylaws Committee shall be formed as a Standing Committee of Democrats Abroad, under the purview and direction of the International Counsel.
The committee shall have the following tasks:
1. To review Country Committee bylaws on a case-by-case basis with the goal of verifying that all such bylaws conform with the bylaws of the DPCA and DNC within two years;
2. To review and issue an opinion on proposed amendments to the DPCA bylaws referred to it by the DPCA or Executive Committee, and;
3. To draft a set of recommended model bylaws for new country committees in formation.
The resolution passed by unanimous vote of all present: 6 in favor, 2 absent.
