DA ROME JOBS FOR
THE STEERING COMMITTEE:
DA Rome has 3 board positions for the chapter and several coordinator positions which will be filled once the new Italy Board and Chair are elected March 12, 2009):

Chair Rome (to be elected March 12, 2009):
General oversight and direction of DA Rome
Coordinates DAR’s fit into larger organization (DA Italy, DA EMEA, DA Intl)
Coordinates point people for various activities described below
Manages DAR’s agenda and objectives in collaboration with rest of board

Treasurer Rome (to be elected TBD):
Oversight of DA Rome’s financial wellbeing
Manages and is custodian of DAR funds
Hatches fundraising ideas
Point person for DAR items for sale
Pays expenses DAR incurs
Makes an annual written report to the DAR board
Is in contact with Italy and International DA Treasurers

Secretary Rome (to be elected TBD):
Oversight of the member database and communications to members
Sends mailings to members
Keeps database “tidy”
Tracks new members, unsubscribers, email problems
Receives update info from international DA tech team
