Input requested on DA resolutions dealing with the Middle East, health care, the legalization of marijuana and more…

Dear Fellow Democrats,

This weekend leaders and members of Democrats Abroad from all over the world will be gathering in Washington, D.C., to attend a meeting of the DPCA (the Democratic Party Committee Abroad, DA's governing body). Your voting representatives at that meeting will be DA Spain's President Alana Moceri and Vice President Gil Carbajal. They will be voting for DPCA officers and on a series of resolutions. Gil and Alana are asking for your input on these resolutions, which include:

1. Health care benefits for overseas Americans
2. More constructive policies in the Middle East
3. Congratulations to Howard Dean for 50 state project
4. Promotion of pro-active policy to advance Israeli-Palestinian peace process
5. Separation of church and state
6. Reduction of military spending
7. Discrimination against women
8. Purple heart for mental disorders
9. Congratulations for Obama bridge project
10. Legalization of marijuana
