Dems of Bordeaux - Hundred Days Evening - Expert Voice: Kenneth G
Forder, United States Consul General in Bordeaux, Café Gourmand, rue
Buffon, May 6th, 2009

Hello Dems, our next meeting is on the evening of May 6th, starting  with coffee/apéritif  at 19:00 hours
and continuing on through dinner (à la carte) should you wish to do so.
The event is a debate with Expert Voice: Consul General Kenneth G.
Forder has accepted our invitation to speak to us informally about the
Obama Administration's First Hundred Days, and to accept questions and
lead debate on this subject. (The evening, sponsored by Democrats Aroad
Bordeaux, is of course conceived of as a non-partisan event, and
Republicans, Independents and others are welcome to participate.) Ken
Forder is a witty and erudite speaker as many of us have had the
opportunity to find out

Our venue has changed, and the Café Gourmand, 3, rue Buffon in
Bordeaux (Marché des Grands Hommes, tram Gambetta or Grand Théâtre)
thanks to its splendid parties on election eve and for the
Inauguration, has become inextricably linked with Democrats Abroad.
We'll be meeting in the room upstairs - food choices  will be à la
carte, and there are gastronomic French-style dishes of high quality,
but also - they do the best bacon cheeseburger east of New York City .

Looking forward to meeting new members and greeting again old
friends at this event - why not celebrate the good news and good works
of the Administration by officialising your membership (no cost, go on
demsfrance.org)
