for a fun-filled 4th of July Picnic

Get out your RedWhite and Blue and join Democrats Abroad UK

Saturday, the 4th of July at Portman Square Garden in Central London

for a fun-filled afternoon of food, games and good old Americana.

 

Gates open at 3.00 p.m. and the fun lasts until 7.00 p.m.

 

Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream * Watermelon * Various Food Vendors

 

Live Music * Face Painting * Picnic Games and More!

 

All are welcome – big and small, families and singles.

Non-Americans can also attend, but only US citizens can pay for the tickets.

 

Please bring your blanket and picnic hamper filled with your favorites. 

You can bring wine or beer, but fireworks are not allowed.  Sorry, no kites.


Portman Square Garden is by the Hyatt Churchill Hotel, just North of Oxford Street.

Enter at South Garden Gate, on Portman Square between Seymour and Wigmore Streets.

Closest tube stations: Marble Arch and Bond Street

TICKETS

Tickets are £5 per person.  Children under 12 are free

Please reserve your place by sending an email to events@democratsabroad.org.uk

 

Include the full name and contact telephone of the PRIMARY ticket holder

who must be an American citizen.  Once you send through your RSVP, payment details will be forwarded via email.

 

PAYMENT

Advance payment is required.  Payment details will be provided upon reservation.  Non-US spouses and guests are very welcome, but payment can only be accepted from US citizens and permanent residents.

 

 

 

Any proceeds from this event will support Democrats Abroad UK’s voter registration drive for the crucial 2010 midterm elections. Let’s prove history wrong and retain control of Congress this time around! Ultimately, the success of this event relies on ensuring maximum attendance.
