We invite all US citizens (and their family and friends) to attend a July 4th cook-out and pot-luck picnic. We'll stoke the coals, so please bring whatever you wish to cook on the grill, a dish to share (salad, side, or dessert), and your own plates, utensils, and beverages (Edmonton parks do not allow alcoholic beverages).

We'll have fun and games (volleyball, hula hoops and jump ropes for the kids, and the site is equipped with horse shoe pits). Feel free to bring along bocce ball or other games to share. Bring your guitar or drum and we can sing around the fire pit. Or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the fellowship of other ex-pats.

You may wish to bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs, but there are picnic tables at the site.
