CAN'T GO HOME describes the often heartbreaking dilemma faced by citizens abroad who cannot return to the mainland because they do not qualify for health insurance under the existing system, or are unable to afford the costs. At the same time, they have first-hand experience of the benefits of a government-run system in place in Canada and other nations in terms of quality of care and affordability.
