In 2008 a Task Force of chapter volunteers met regularly to discuss the mission and structure of our Vancouver Chapter of Democrats Abroad Canada.  Our first Chapter Bylaws, ratified in December 2008, were the results of that process.

At our 2010 AGM some modifications to the 2008 Bylaws were accepted.  These modifications were based on lessons learned in our first year, and the need to bring our Chapter Bylaws in harmony with the Bylaws of Democrats Abroad and Democrats Abroad Canada.
