Small groups of Democrats gather on a regular basis in different parts of Normandy. Each group assumes specific chapter responsibilities in addition to local voter outreach.
These coffee groups are essential to the way we function. The American version of a Normandy réseau de résistance! The groups meet in mermbers' homes or a local café or wherever it is most convenient... for coffee, tea, dinner, luncheon, dessert, or just to encounter other Democrats!
Each group is responsible for finding ways to connect with Americans in its area.
