The Democratic Party has reached a critical stage in finally giving the US healthcare system a much-needed overhaul. The House bill that passed on Saturday night and the Senate bill sent to the Budget Committee Thursday Oct 29th, include a public option! The public option was included in these bills after hundreds of thousands of Americans called their Senators and Representatives to voice support for it.
