What does science tell us about how to talk politics with people we disagree with?

Joanna Mikulski, an expert in behavior change communications, will lead a fun and interactive workshop designed to help you put the best ideas from research to use when communicating about hot or sensitive topics. She'll draw on lessons from both from her time at the White House Office of Management and Budget and as the managing director of Assemblyfor, a creative communications and strategy agency.

You'll walk away with tips and tools relevant for day-to-day activism - whether while making calls to your representatives or debating with your conservative relatives over the holidays.
