2019 Geneva Annual Chapter Meeting

The Chair of Democrats Abroad Switzerland's Geneva Chapter is pleased to announce that our Annual Chapter Meeting will happen Tuesday May 7 from 6:30-8:30 pm. At the meeting we will elect a new four-person Chapter Committee for the 2019-2021 two-year term. Your presence is encouraged and most welcome as we hope for a quorum, and well beyond, attending the meeting.

You will hear Chair Laura Messenger's annual report, hear from the nominees, and vote for the candidates of your choice. A discussion regarding plans and goals for the next year is planned. Light refreshments will be available.

6:30 - 6:45 Check in and mingle
6:45 - 7:10 Welcome from Chair Laura Messenger; Chair's report
7:10 - 7:45 Discussion and brainstorming session for 2019-2010 goals and priorities
7:45 - 8:00 Break
8:00 - 8:15 Election of new Chapter Committee
8:15 - 8:30 Welcome remarks from new Committee & discussion follow-up
8:30 Adjournment

A group will probably go out for dinner after the meeting; venue to be determined. Please indicate in your RSVP if interested.
