Democrats Abroad is currently seeking expressions of interest from parties capable of developing a Drupal (Version 7) theme for Vote from Abroad, our overseas voter registration web site.

The theme will be developed from a design we will provide in a Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested parties should respond by supplying the following information:

• CV
• Referees
• URLs with example themes done with Drupal 7
• Any other information you think necessary to convery your experience and capabilties
