Join us for an exclusive discussion with leaders of both the Democratic and Republican political parties abroad. This is your opportunity to gain high-level insights into the taxation issues affecting U.S. business overseas. We will discuss the upcoming bill on Territorial Taxation for Individuals and what it means for business owners.

Joseph Smallhoover: 

Joseph Smallhoover is the Chair of Democrats Abroad France and a member of the International Tax Team of Democrats Abroad. He is the former International Chair of Democrats Abroad and was a member of the Democratic National Committee (1994-2002; 2008-2012) and delegate to the Democratic National Conventions (1996-2012). He served on the Platform Committee of the 2016 Democratic National Convention and authored the Democratic Party’s platform plank calling for tax reform for American citizens abroad.  He also served as the International Counsel of Democrats Abroad for 20 years.

Solomon Yue: 

Solomon Yue, Jr., a founder of Republicans Overseas Inc., is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has served on the Republican National Committee since 2000. In 2008, Mr. Yue co-founded the RNC’s 24-member Republican National Conservative Caucus. He co-founded the 89-member Republican Conservative Steering Committee, a member driven political forum for public policy debates.Since 2011, Mr. Yue has served as Vice Chairman for three PACs: the USA Super PAC, the Republican Super PAC, and the Grassroots Conservative Coalition. As President of Grassfire Strategic Planning and Management Group L.L.C., Mr. Yue has managed political campaign projects throughout America. Mr. Yue has served as a member of the RNC Executive Committee, Deputy Permanent Co-Chairman of the Republican National Convention for 2012, member of the 2012 Republican National Convention Committee on Credentials, and Special Envoy of the RNC Chairman to the Republicans Overseas Worldwide.
