No Tyrants!

Our next day of resistance is set for Saturday, October 18 when millions of Americans around the world (including those of us in France) will once again take to the streets peacefully for a global day of defiance to protest the Trump regime's authoritarian takeover and the Republican Party's acquiescence.

The administration’s reckless destruction of our democracy, economy, environment, health care, education, immigrant families, freedom of speech, the rule of law, and good will continues and is giving us all lots of angst.

In June, millions of people took to the streets and ruined Trump’s birthday parade with protests around the world.  The story of that day was about the strength of a movement rising against his authoritarian power grabs.

It’s time to link arms again and push back on Trump along with our compatriots around the globe.

Join us as we raise our voices to send a clear message to Trump and his administration:  America needs no tyrants.

We'll have music, speeches, and chants. Join millions of democracy defenders around the world who are opposed to the undemocratic actions of the Trump regime. Bring your family and friends - all nationalities welcome!

Place: Place Paul Duquair: At the Passerelle of the Palais de Justice

Time: 3PM

Bring your protest signs and royal garb. And maybe a prepared speech if you feel especially motivated.
