Annual General Meeting & Elections

Voting, then a short business meeting with annual reports, while the Nominations and Elections Committee tellers count the ballots. We’ve scheduled WebEx time so members in outlying areas can attend, too! Optional lunch afterwards.

Remember, nominations are open until Feb 16. During this time, others interested in running for office or in nominating someone may send their nominations to the NEC Chair, Anna Haughton, at: [email protected]

The official ballot, with instructions for returning it, will be sent out on Feb 19, two weeks before the AGM.
