VMF Caucus Announcements: Military Retiree Benefits & Donations to Afghan Evacuees

The DA Germany Veterans and Military Families Caucus has several important announcements this month regarding donations to Afghan evacuees at Ramstein Air Base and military retiree benefits.

From DFAS Retired & Annuitant Pay

Dear Retiree,
You might be surprised to learn that DFAS gets back a lot of undeliverable
mail.  If you've moved your residence and haven't updated your account, we
might not be able to reach you when we have important information to share
about the Survivor Benefit Plan or your retired pay account.

Now is a great time to check the contact information in your retired pay
account.

Login to your myPay account from your web browser on your computer or mobile
device and check your "correspondence address" under "Pay Changes" on the
side menu:  https://mypay.dfas.mil.  While you are at it, if you're not
receiving this at the email address you check often, make sure your best
email address is primary in myPay.

If you haven't logged in to myPay for a while, get our step-by-step,
downloadable how-to guides at (this link is case-sensitive):
