Democrats Abroad will hold its 2018 Regional Meeting for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from February 9-11 in Madrid, Spain. We will be welcoming members from around the world as we work to help Americans vote and fight to take back the House and the Senate. The formal sessions of the meeting, including presentations, training sessions, and workshops, will start Saturday morning at 9:00am local time and end on Sunday around 1:00pm.
The full program, all in the heart of Madrid, will begin with a session from the Women’s Caucus on Friday afternoon (which requires a separate registration), followed by an evening reception highlighting the best of Madrid’s culture and food. Saturday evening will bring a reception hosted by the Global Black Caucus (with a raffle) and a gala fundraiser dinner with Special Guest Governor Howard Dean.
The DEADLINE to register for the 2018 Regional EMEA Meeting is Sunday, February 4th -- but please register now to help our volunteers plan the events.

Registration for the 2018 Regional EMEA Meeting is below (under the Will You Join heading). In the registration form, there are requested donation amounts which will help us cover the cost of the venue and equipment.
If you are unable to attend in person, Democrats Abroad will host a series of workshops and training sessions on WebEx in the weeks following the meeting. Please watch your email for these opportunities.
If you cannot afford to donate the suggested registration amount, or you wish to donate a smaller amount, please enter that amount in the Other Donations box. And if you want to donate more than the requested donation amount, please enter that additional amount in the "Other Donation" box. REGISTRATION FOR ADDITIONAL EVENTS AND SERVICES
If you are attending in person and making no donation for the meeting, but you DO want to attend the Friday evening event, Saturday lunch, or Saturday dinner, please also use the form below to register – and leave the Meeting box blank. But please consider donating some amount for the meeting if you can afford it.
As you will see below, we are also asking if you would like to register for "beverage services" on both days and for lunch during the meeting on Saturday. These donations are mandatory if you want to partake and we encourage you to do so.
Please note that there are also events sponsored by the Global Women's Caucus and the Global Black Caucus of Democrats Abroad. The Global Women's Caucus event already has a registration page as does the Global Black Caucus event. After you register, you will receive notice about any other events that require separate registration. (Those events will not conflict with the Saturday dinner listed here or any other events indicated below.)
Between now and February 9th, registrants will receive additional details by email, including detailed locations and directions from the airport and other transportation hubs to the hotel in central Madrid.
Please note that all prices are in US Dollars, and you are selecting the number of attendees.
For all items except "Other Donations," please enter the number of "tickets" requested, i.e. if you want one lunch, enter 1. If you are donating for two people, then enter 2 – and enter their name on the checkout page.
For "Other Donations," enter the amount you want to donate, e.g. $500 (just a suggestion).
