Juneteenth Celebration

Come celebrate Juneteenth, the day of freedom.

Juneteenth is the day the last African-American slaves were freed in the US Civil War. It's a holiday about freedom, justice, and equality.

This event will feature a fantastic playlist honoring the many musical contributions of African-Americans, soul food and tacos, and a great opportunity to build community. We'll meet at the same spot we did for Cinco de Mayo. This is a chill picnic open to everyone.

We hope to see you there!

In the event of rain, we will move to a dry backup location.
