Vice-Chair, Geneva Chapter

Nathalie Gons has worked over ten years in public policy and programming. Before relocating to Geneva, Nathalie was the Director of Field Research and Evaluation at New York City’s Office of Financial Empowerment. Here she oversaw the field research and impact evaluation of innovative pilot programming for financial counseling, asset building, access to banking, integrated service delivery, and consumer protection initiatives.

Prior to her work for the City of New York, she worked with local government and civil society in Africa, Asia and Latin America to strengthen the capacity of key stakeholders to implement community-driven development in health, education and microfinance. 

In addition to English, she is fluent in Dutch and proficient in French and Spanish. Nathalie holds a MPA from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.  She lives in Geneva with her husband and three children.
