Bittersweet November: An Opponent, An Opportunity

The 2020 Democratic National Convention has concluded and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have accepted their nominations for the 2020 Democratic ticket. Many of us have mixed feelings about the primary process and the resulting candidates. DA South Korea and the Global Progressive Caucus invite you to join our upcoming online discussion that will provide space for those feeling angry about the Primary outcome, that will help those in the Party already supporting Biden better understand where that anger and grief are coming from, and that will explore the strategic moves we need to make to achieve progressive outcomes going forward. Kelsey McLendon, a DA alumna and Organizing Fellow at the Sister District Project has addressed coming to terms with our choice in November in her article:

Bittersweet November: An Opponent, An Opportunity

Please read the article, then join us to discuss it and plot our course forward.
