Basel 4th of July Picnic
Come one and all to join DACH Basel in celebrating Independence Day! We're looking forward to seeing our fellow US citizens and their friends and family at our 4th of July picnic on Sunday, July 4th at Schützenmattpark from 11am to 2pm. It's bring your own picnic or BBQ, and we provide the grills! Plus fun games and a raffle with cool and yummy prizes!
Want to add some activism to the day's menu? Those who are interested can also participate in our Solidarity with Incarcerated People campaign, dedicated to promoting voting rights for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people! This is part of our commitment to racial justice, given the disproportionate impact disenfranchisement of the incarcerated and formerly incarcerated has on Black men, in particular. Learn more in our blog post, here! Volunteers will explain the campaign and help show you how you, too, can make a difference.
