Tax Event!

Tis the season for Americans abroad to realise that June 15 is actually not all that far away, and they really do need to figure out how to do their taxes. But, never fear - Democrats Abroad is here to help! We are hosting a Tax Event Tuesday, May 28 at 6 pm at John Scott’s pub on Avenyn, with Lisa Stefani as our keynote speaker. 

Lisa Stefani is an American Enrolled Tax Agent, specialising in business and personal tax preparation. She (now) lives in Gothenburg and has very kindly agreed to come speak to us again about filing from abroad! She will be giving tips and answering questions about international filing, the IRS, and why the American tax code is like it is. So, bring a friend, grab a pint, and come learn how to improve your American tax experience!
