July 2023 Chapter Meeting

The Hamburg and Northern Germany Chapter will be meeting again on July 1st, 2023. This will be a hybrid meeting -- we will be meeting in Hamburg, with the option to join on Zoom. Send us an RSVP and you will receive the Zoom link ahead of the meeting.

City Tour and Happy Belated Independence Day in Lübeck

Lübeck precinct members are pleased to invite you the a tour of their beautiful city, and potluck Belated Independence Day gathering on Sunday, July 9th.

Chapter online chat

For some time, the chapter has had a chat group on Slack, but participation has been very low. At the meeting we'd like to consider whether to keep using the Slack group, or move to another app.

There are many choices for chat apps, and preferences vary widely. To find out which choices most chapter members are comfortable with, we have put a Google Forms survey online:

Indictment book club

You may have heard about case no. 80101 filed at the Southern District Court of Florida on Friday, June 9th.

The legal filing in this case is a comprehensive and historic document, but few Americans have read it in detail. After chapter business on July 1st, we'd like to have a "book club" style discussion of the document. We hope to share our understanding and pool our knowledge, to better inform chapter members about its contents and significance.
