DA Mexico Counsel

I was born in Los Angeles in 1963 and have been living in Mexico City since 1994.  I am licensed to practice as an attorney in both California and Mexico, and work for clients on both sides of the border.  My education was at Brandeis University (B.A. 1984, summa cum laude), Oxford University (M.Phil. 1986), and the Columbia University School of Law (J.D. 1989).  I also have a Mexican law degree from the UNAM (2013).

On the personal level, I am married and have one daughter, who is currently a college student in England.
