Join members of DACN at Pistolera in Shanghai Centre for voter assistance before you take your postal ballots to the consulate, which is down the street on W. Nanjing Road. The Shanghai consulate will be accepting ballots from 1-3PM. Don't delay, due to the holiday, the consulate will be closed starting October 1. Make a plan to bring your passport and head to drop off your ballot Friday!!!
Shanghai ACS is located at the U.S. Consulate inside of Westgate Mall: 1038 Nanjing West Road, Floor 9, Jing'an
* Please bring your passport. No appointment necessary. Drop your ballots between 1-3PM.
