DACB Celebrates Puerto Vallarta Gay Pride 2024

YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED...

...to a special screening of "Stonewall Uprising" documenting and celebrating our moment of clarity that has led us to Gay Pride. Now global, the origins of Gay Pride follow the evolution from a very specific “mad as hell and not going to take it anymore” moment in US history where a severely oppressed minority fought back. When the patrons and staff of the New York City gay bar called the Stonewall Inn resisted a common police raid early in the morning of June 28, 1969, they sparked a turning point in the gay rights movement and US politics.

We will have one showing Tuesday, May 21st, from 2:00-3:45 PM upstairs at Nacho Daddy, Basilio Badillo #287, Emiliano Zapata, Zona Romántica, 48380 Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Their menu offers both a Mexican flair and Texas home favorites, along with some of the best margaritas in town!

While there is no donation requirement to attend, we hope you'll consider a donation of $100 MXN, at the door, to help defray costs for the venue. Please RSVP if you think that you can join us. We look forward to seeing you there!
