Virtual Voter Assistance Event - Central Europe & the Baltics

Are you a US citizen living, working, or traveling in Central Europe and the Baltics and need help voting in the upcoming US elections?

We invite you to join our Online Voter Assistance Event to ensure your vote is counted. This event is designed to provide comprehensive guidance and support for US citizens who wish to participate in the electoral process outside the United States. States are required to send overseas absentee ballots to voters no later than 45 days before the election (per the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voters Act or UOCAVA).

Register now to ensure prompt processing and delivery and, most importantly, to ensure your vote is counted (votefromabroad).

Drop-in anytime! We will have someone to help you:

  • Request your absentee ballot
  • Check voter status
  • Get your questions answered

What to Expect:

  • Step-by-step Guidance: Learn how to register to vote and request your absentee ballot using the Federal Post Card Application (FPCA), which acts as both a voter registration and ballot request form (votefromabroad).
  • How to Send Your Voted Ballot: Get clear, actionable instructions on how to send your voted ballot. Whether your state requires ballot return via email, fax, or postal mail, we've got you covered. Don't let confusion stop your vote from being counted! For more details on state-specific requirements, visit Vote From Abroad - State Voting Information (votefromabroad).
  • Bilingual voter assistants: English and Polish

Who Should Attend: US citizens residing, working, or traveling abroad who will be 18 years old on Election Day (Nov. 5, 2024). First-time voters who need assistance with the absentee voting process. Anyone interested in learning more about their voting rights as an expatriate.

How to Join: Register for the event through the link below. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the event link and further instructions.
