Annual General Meeting of DA SMA

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Democrats Abroad San Miguel de Allende will take place immediately prior to the March Happy Hour from 4-4:30pm on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 in accordance with global, national, and chapter bylaws of Democrats Abroad.

DA SMA Bylaws

11.2 Annual General Meeting. An AGM of members shall be held no later than March 15 of each year and shall act upon the following:

(i) approval of the accounts and the reports of the Chair and the Treasurer for the preceding calendar year;

(ii) in election years, the election of the Board members,

(iii) approval of the minutes from the previous AGM;

(iv) such other business as the Chair may deem appropriate; and

(v) other agenda items submitted pursuant to Article 11.8.
