Rafael Nemet Nejat rsvped for DA LION CITY 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING via Vanessa Moore 2022-01-05 00:19:30 -0500
Please join Democrats Abroad Lion City Committee for our Annual General Meeting. As this is a non-election year for our Executive Committee, we will use this opportunity to give a brief update of our monthly events, introduce ourselves, and meet members both new and old. We will also be voting on whether to approve the most recent update to our country committee by-laws. And most importantly we'll discuss what we'll be doing to get out the vote in the crucial 2022 midterms and hear your ideas about how we can make 2022 a success!
We need to ensure we have a quorum so please do RSVP and tell your fellow DA Lion City members to do the same!WHENFebruary 26, 2022 at 3:30pmWHEREvirtual - RSVP for meeting details

Help Reinstate New Jersey Law for Overseas Voters to Vote in State Elections
Attention New Jersey Voters
DONATE NOW to help us reach and mobilize New Jersey Democrats Abroad!
New Jersey currently does not allow all overseas voters to vote in state elections, even though overseas voters could vote in state elections before Chris Christie pushed through a change in the law in 2017.Assemblywoman Joann Downey has introduced a bill, NJ A5306, to change the law back--and with your donation you can help get it passed!
If you're from New Jersey, you can also directly help pass the bill for this campaign as a constituent. Contact your State Senator and urge them to co-sponsor NJ S3761, which restores voting rights for NJ Overseas Voters. You can find contact info and a call script here!
[Mobile device users, please scroll down to donate!]
Your generosity makes sure we can keep working to make legislative change and help get out the vote for states that have elections this year!
Donations are made to Democrats Abroad (Democratic Party Committee Abroad) and not to any candidate for Federal Office.
