DA Colombia 2026 Annual General Meeting

Please join us at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8th for the 2026 DA Colombia Annual General Meeting, to be held via Zoom. The Executive Committee will report on recent activities and preview what's coming up as we prepare for this year's crucially important mid-term elections. There's a lot of work to be done and we look forward to hearing your ideas!

If you are not able to attend, you may complete a proxy form to allow another member to represent you in the meeting. To obtain the proxy form, please click here. 

To review the proposed revisions to the bylaws, click here. We've made changes to incorporate updated requirements and guidelines provided by DA International, including: 

• Adding an article that describes the roles and specifies the election requirements for Voting and Non-Voting (Alternative) Representatives;
• Clarifying the composition of the Executive Committee and expanding the list of potential "elected officers;"
• Confirming that no vote shall be taken at any meeting at which a quorum is not present or for which notice has not been duly given; 
• Adding a provision that authorizes technical and conforming changes without the need for a new vote by the Membership.

The Executive Committee report for 2025-2026 will be available for review in advance of the AGM.
