Book now for a special screening of Dolores, a fascinating account of the life and work of Dolores Huerta, one of America’s most important, yet perhaps least known activists. To book Click Here. With introductory remarks prepared exclusively for DAUK by its award-winning director, Peter Bratt, this documentary traces Huerta’s 50 years as a pivotal figure in the fight for farm workers’ rights and provides an intimate insight into her activism and personal sacrifices. Organized with the DAUK Women’s Caucus, and the identities group of the Policy Network, this event offers an opportunity to discover Huerta's story and its relevance today.
