2020 Womens March Paris “My Body, My Rights”

This weekend commemorates the fourth anniversary of the historic 2017 Women’s March, when millions of women and men took protest to the streets of Washington DC, across the US, and around the world, a day after Trump was inaugurated.

Never forget that millions of Americans around the world oppose the extremism of the Trump GOP then, and every single day since then.

“Women across the country [have] seen and experienced directly just how the Trump administration has erased policy protections for our planet, destroyed human rights by caging asylees and children, and made attempts to place limits on our bodily autonomy choices,”

— Isa Noyola, Women’s March Board Member, and Deputy Director of Mijente

"The subversion of women's human rights is extremely detrimental to the significant progress women have made over hundreds of years in their quest for social justice and equality,"
— Uma Mishra-Newbery, Women's March Global Executive Director

This weekend, you can commemorate the Women’s March by taking action — take steps to stop the Trump GOP at the ballot box, to engage in our democratic process, and to stand in solidarity for the basic human rights.
