Since 2006, members of DA France have been participating in Memorial Day services at US cemeteries and memorials throughout France, as well as donating and delivering aid, comfort, and appreciation for hospitalized veterans and their families on a non-partisan basis. We work on behalf of veterans and military families around the world, and have advanced the Purple Heart Resolution, which would award the Purple Heart to PTSD and TBI victims; lobbied the VA to make the Toll-Free Suicide Hotline accessible to veterans abroad; and most recently advocated for revoking President Trump’s Transgender Ban Executive Order.
