DA Barcelona Annual General Meeting
On May 15th, Democrats Abroad Barcelona will hold our formal Annual General Meeting. During this business meeting, we will hear from current leaders about the activities of the past year and get a report on our current finances. The results of the biannual election of new leaders will be announced and the new leaders will have an opportunity to introduce themselves. This will not be a long meeting, as it follows just hours after the conclusion of the global AGM.
The meeting will be called to order at 16:30 and we must have quorum (25 people) in order to begin the business meeting. The agenda is:
- Chair's report
- Secretary's report
- Treasurer's report
- Update from Global AGM
- Announcement of election results
- Questions and comments from the floor
